Civil & Carpentry Work
Wall cutting, false ceiling modifications, furniture alterations, drilling through reinforced structures, and fabrication work are not included.

Electrical Work
New electrical wiring, additional power points, circuit modifications, UPS installation, or electrical panel work are excluded unless separately booked.

Network Infrastructure
LAN cabling, switch installation, Wi-Fi configuration, internet provisioning, and structured cabling are not included unless specifically selected.

Additional Materials
Mounting brackets, HDMI cables, USB extenders, conduits, trunking, connectors, anchors, adapters, and other consumables are chargeable unless supplied by the customer or included in the quotation.

Product Programming
Advanced DSP tuning, room calibration, control system programming, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Extron, or automation programming are separate services.

Hardware Repairs
Replacement of defective components, spare parts, and repair of damaged equipment are not included in installation charges.

Extended Cable Runs
Cable routing beyond the standard installation scope will incur additional charges based on distance and complexity.

Data Migration & Software Setup
User account creation, software licensing, operating system installation, data migration, and application configuration are not included unless part of the selected service.
Service Warranty
- Workmanship warranty as per the selected service package.
- Warranty applies only to installation performed by our certified technicians.
- Manufacturer warranty remains applicable for supplied hardware.
- Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications, or customer-supplied defective products.
Before the Technician Arrives
To ensure a smooth installation, please ensure:
- Equipment is available on-site.
- Installation location is accessible.
- Required approvals (if applicable) have been obtained.
- Stable power supply is available.
- Internet connection is available if network configuration is required.
- Mounting accessories supplied with the product are available.
