All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days for delivery.

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days for delivery (available for select locations and upon request).

The estimated delivery time is based on the shipping address and the chosen shipping method.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Charges:

Standard Shipping: Charges apply based on the destination and order size.

Express Shipping: Additional charges apply based on the destination and order size.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within INDIA only.

5. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

6. Duties & Taxes:

The customer is responsible for paying any such duties, taxes, or fees as required by the destination country.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order.

We will assist you with the claim process and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
