Corporate lobby with digital signage displays and a video wall

Workplace communication

Corporate Digital Signage

Reception displays, employee communication screens, wayfinding and meeting room signage, managed from one platform so every floor shows the right message at the right time.

The business problem

Messages that never reach the floor

Emails go unread, posters go out of date and visitors ask reception for directions. Offices invest in brand and culture, but the physical workplace rarely reflects it in real time.

Corporate digital signage puts timely, relevant content where people actually are, from the lobby to the lift lobby to the meeting room door, without anyone walking around with a USB drive.

What signage solves

  • A strong first impression at reception
  • Company news and KPIs employees actually see
  • Visitors finding rooms and floors on their own
  • Meeting room availability at a glance
  • Emergency and safety messaging
  • Consistent branding across offices

FAQ

Corporate digital signage questions

Can we use regular TVs for corporate signage?
Consumer TVs are not designed for long daily operation and usually lack remote management. Commercial displays are rated for extended hours, support central control and carry commercial warranties.
Can signage content be managed across several offices?
Yes. A cloud content management system lets you schedule global and local content and control screens in every office from one place.
Can meeting room signage connect to our calendar?
Yes. Room booking panels integrate with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace calendars to show availability and allow booking at the door.
Should our reception use an LED wall or a display video wall?
LED walls are seamless and very bright, ideal for large lobbies. LCD video walls cost less for smaller walls viewed up close. We recommend based on size, viewing distance and ambient light.
