Collection: Video Conferencing Bars

A video conferencing bar puts the camera, microphones and speakers in one compact unit that sits under or above the display. It is the quickest way to make a huddle room or medium meeting room ready for hybrid calls, with one device to mount, one cable set to run and one product to support. Universal AV Solutions supplies video bars for offices, schools and institutions across Delhi NCR & pan-India.

How to choose

Match the bar to the room. Small huddle rooms are well served by a compact USB bar. Medium rooms benefit from a bar with a wider field of view and speaker tracking. If the room is long, or you want the camera separate from the speakers, look at a PTZ video conferencing camera plus conference microphones instead. Decide whether you want a bring-your-own-laptop USB setup or a native Microsoft Teams or Zoom Rooms system.

Bigger boardrooms are covered by our Teams Rooms systems. For portable audio, see conference speakerphones. You can also browse the full video conferencing range or read how we plan rooms on our video conferencing solutions page.
