How to choose

First decide between installed and portable. Installed ceiling and column speakers suit permanent systems, and they normally need an amplifier or mixer amplifier behind them. Portable powered speakers suit teams who move between venues. Then consider room size, ceiling height, whether the audio is speech or music, and how many zones you need to control.
