How to choose

List the sources you plan to switch, and add a few for growth. Check input types, since HDMI suits compact setups while SDI is more common in professional installations. Then look at the resolution you need, whether you need USB or network streaming outputs, and how many audio inputs you will use. Think about the operator too: some switchers are software-assisted, while others have a dedicated control panel.
