Product information

AVer CAM550 is a 4K dual-lens PTZ conferencing camera for medium and large meeting rooms. A 4K PTZ lens with 12X optical zoom is paired with a second AI lens that watches the whole room, so the camera can reframe automatically as people arrive or move.

Key features

Dual-lens design: a 4K PTZ lens plus a secondary AI lens with a 95-degree field of view for the room overview.
12X optical zoom: 24X total zoom on the 4K PTZ lens for close, clear shots of speakers.
Dynamic auto framing: the AI lens detects newcomers and prompts the PTZ lens to reframe the group.
Smart Gallery: headshot and half-body crops for individual views in grid-style meeting layouts.
Picture-in-picture: show the speaker and the wider room view at the same time.
Gesture control: touchless camera control (off by default).
USB, HDMI and IP output: USB 3.1 Type-B, HDMI and IP streaming outputs, usable together.
Preset framing and audio tracking: works with third-party ceiling microphones through AVer Preset Link.

Ideal for

Boardrooms, training rooms, classrooms, town-hall spaces and hybrid meeting rooms that need automatic framing for larger groups.
